CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation Policy for In-Office Sessions

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy for Distance Sessions

Please note that distant Readings and Reiki/Energy Healing fees are non-refundable. All cancellations will need to be in writing at Susan@StillnessAwakinging.com 24 hours prior to the scheduled reading. If you would like to transfer your reading to another person, please contact me at Susan@StillnessAwakening.com.  I will need the full name of the person taking your appointment, location (City, and State), contact details (email address and telephone number). Cancellations or ‘no shows’ on the day of the reading appointment are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please note that I do not accept texts about reading inquiries or availability.  All communication will be conducted by e-mail which can be found on my “Contact” page on my website, www.StillnessAwakening.com.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

First Visit to the Cardinal Center

When you visit us for the first time, as there is no administrative staff to greet or direct you. Each practitioner has his or her own business within the Center. We will come out to the waiting room and meet and greet each client individually.

When you enter the waiting room at the Center, you will see a line of light switches on the wall to your left. Please turn the switch with “Susan” over it to the “on” position. This will indicate to me that you have arrived. There are several offices within the Center, and this will avoid any confusion as to where my office is located. We ask that you enjoy a cup of tea or water while you relax and feel the warm energy that surrounds you in the waiting room. I will come and greet you as soon as I am finished with my previous client.
